Units were sent to I81 SB Exit 52 at 09:22. Squad, Mini, Traffic, Utility, and Chief 33 responded. Squad 33 arrived at 09:29 reporting a trailer overturned with the tractor portion still upright, but damaged. The box was quickly reduced due to no injuries. Squad 33, Traffic 33, and Traffic 31 remained on scene. Crews determined that a portion of the load were batteries that were discovered to be off gassing with a small fire that occurred. One line was stretched off the Squad. Crews remained on scene to assist HJ Towing while they off loaded the contents. Units cleared at 11:48.
