This past Tuesday evening for Fire Company Meeting, the wreath was officially presented and posted at the Fire Station for the Holiday Season. Wreaths were posted a both cemeteries in New Kingstown on Sunday. The wreaths serve in remembrance of not only our present members, but those who have served in the past, as well as, most importantly, everyone serving in the armed forces. Standing a post means to guard an entry point, such as a base entrance. The wreaths symbolize just that!! Thanks to everyone that had a hand in making this event even more special and meaningful this year.
