The New Kingstown Fire Company is in need of Men and/or Women to serve as Fire Police Officers. Fire Police direct traffic at incident scenes, assist with parking at events, and participate where needed around the station. There is no experience needed however all training and equipment is provided at no cost. We have a small, but dedicated group that serve as Fire Police but are in need of more. Call volume is limited as we only ask Fire Police to respond to incidents where traffic control is or may be needed. If you are a resident of Silver Spring or Middlesex Township and this may interest you, especially if you are retired or just looking for ways to help in your community, we would like to talk to you.
