This week’s Flashback Friday takes us back to a training class hosted at the Cumberland County Training Facility (practically brand new) at some point in the ‘70’s. Earl Moser was the County Training Coordinator at that time or was still involved in the training. For you “new guys” this back when long coats and day boots were the style!!
