E33 (6) responded with E31 to the vacant Bed, Bath, and Beyond Store for a fire alarm sounding reported only by a passerby. E33 took the rear of the building and found water flowing under the doors to the pump room. Crews made access via Knox Box however the building could only be accessed via “special circumstances”. Crews shut down the fire pump and secured it after finding a valve leaking on the pump pressure side. Crews cleared this incident after multiple attempts to contact building management. After returning, FF/DO Wurster conducted the Tuesday rig check and also used the time to go over items with our 2 newest Juniors Shane and Brody!
