Shortly after returning to the station, and cleaning up the equipment from the House Fire the crews were back out on the street to Silver Spring Elementary for their fire prevention day. This has always been an exciting day for the department due many of our members children attending Silver Spring. Crews gave tours of the Squad, smoke house and got to flow water at the water house. We thank the crew that was out all night at the fire and still had smiling faces for fire prevention. Silver Spring Community Fire Co. was also in attendance!
