The past few weeks have been active at the station with ongoing maintenance and local training activities. Last week, on Monday and Tuesday, Glick Fire Equipment used our parking lot to conduct NFPA pump testing on fire apparatus from New Kingstown, Silver Spring, and Monroe.
Several daytime training sessions also took place at Company 31, focusing on vehicle stabilization and forcible entry techniques. These training sessions are designed to improve members’ performance and abilities, ensuring they are well-prepared when their skills are needed during an actual emergency.
