Tonight is designated as trick-or-treat night for most areas. As in previous years, a crew will be stationed on the Locust Point Road side to distribute candy between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. Community members who are out this evening are encouraged to enjoy the festivities and prioritize safety throughout the event.
