This week’s Flashback Friday takes us to a vehicle accident with entrapment on Silver Spring Rd near Presbyterian Dr in the mid 90’s. Crews from Silver Spring, New Kingstown, and Citizen’s worked to extricate multiple people trapped in two vehicles.
